My coaching goes beyond just writing programs, it's a fully immersive, hands-on approach designed to give you the structure, support, and expert knowledge you need to succeed. By combining in-person coaching with a highly effective online system, I ensure that lifters of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, receive the guidance they need to progress safely and efficiently.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling, Certifications III & IV in Personal Training, and Precision Nutrition credentials, I bring both scientific expertise and real-world experience to my coaching. My approach isn't just about telling you what to do, it's about teaching you why we do it. You'll gain a deep understanding of your training and nutrition, helping you build confidence and long-term success.

  • Weekly 30-Minute Check-Ins, One-on-one calls to track progress and refine strategy

  • 60 Minute in person session to make sure everything is tracking as well as possible. Teach new techniques, refine form and answer any questions you might have.

  • Ongoing Feedback & Support: Direct communication through the coaching app to review your form, track strength progress, and monitor key metrics like weight and measurements

  • A Hands-On Approach: Unlike generic online coaching, I stay actively involved in your journey, ensuring you get the fastest and most realistic path to your goals
